Rental Agreement:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to sign the waiver and provide Valid Drivers Licence
- Rental Agreement is to be signed before setting up any rental equipment
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation, if more then 3 weeks notice, you can reschedule the event, if less notice is given deposit is void.
Delivery:
- We will phone the day prior to deliver to confirm time of arrival
- We require a two hour window around the time of delivery due to unforeseen issues that may occur
- We will phone when we are on our way to your location
- In the event when we arrive at predetermined time and the client is not there, we will wait for 20 minutes before leaving
- Under no circumstances is the equipment to be transported to a different location without prior written consent from Grand West Event Rentals
